    On the 29th Sept 2016 i called and hired a car, but when i got there the car wasn't ready. The young lady that serviced me named Cathy was very apologetic and then went out of her way to ensure that i was comfortable.. Gave me a bottle of water and once again ensured that i was at all times not inconvenience.

    Harry from Europcar went out of his way to help us. We were travelling with 3 kids 5years and under, babyhire forgot to install our carseats. Europcar was able to source extra seats from other outlets and give us an upgrade. Thankyou for turning a negative into a positive especially when it was not Europcars fault. Will recommend Europcar to our friends!

    Dissapointing experience, the vehicle had not been cleaned internally, the Blue Tooth would not function I had the Apple store checked my phone (all ok) The reservation was through Virgin Airlines quoting an all inclusive cost however this was not correct the result was costing an extra $400 !!

    I changed my mind the last minute and upgraded the vehicle i wanted to hire and it wasn't even a drama even after the car i had originally hired was cleaned and ready to go.

    i know this review doesn't really show the effort Cathy and Jodie went through to keep me comfortable and the little things they did but i can re assure that the service i got was a 5/5.

    One of the most efficient experiences I have had at a car rental company. Booked my car online a few weeks before arriving in Newcastle, arrived at airport, car was waiting, no questions asked and away I went. Same for dropping off the car, a very trouble free process.

    My tip for anyone would be to take the time to sign up to Europcar's privilege scheme. Definitely takes the hassle out of renting a car from them!
