  If I could given them no stars I would rate them zero. From parking meters to rubbish bins, they aren't able to even solve the most simplest of problems. I waste hours and hours of my time due to continual never ending negligence of this Council.

  I give Newcastle Council - MINUS 100 stars based on the appalling treatment I received following an unprovoked attack on my beautiful loving Groodle of 10 years. She didn't die at the time, yet died soon after. The shock & trauma of the vicious attack ended her life. Yet in response they 'fined me' and took the owner (of dog who attacked) his account of events. AND then fined me!!! I've never been more disgusted about anything in my life to-date. I wrote to the Mayor yet of course the letter didn't even go to her. Just some pathetic response from Council on her behalf. Given the way Council treated us (my adorable, well socialised Groodle- loved by absolutely everyone), I feel nothing than contempt for them (Council- rangers). It was the most horrific/traumatic event in my life to-date. My girl's subsequent passing all part of it. I have no time for the Mayor if that is how she responds to the community, including those who do the right thing. I have grieved heavily over the past year & a bit & still need some justice to be done. The dog who attacked (thanks to irresponsible owner), I have no doubt would have attacked & killed a dog on the spot by now. So disgusted- words cannot ever express the pain & loss I've been through.
