  The car hire itself was good but staff who are paid to do 1 thing and thats customer service and are blatantly rude about them. i would give minus 10 stars..

  I would suggest that some of the negativity stems from the way they hold charges on you card weekly but charge monthly. It can be confusing but there is no rip off happening here, just a bit of confusion. If you ignore the holds and focus on the charges it's easy to marry them up and see that you have been charged correctly.

  I'm going to give 5 stars even if they are not perfect they surely don't deserve all the negativity. I was really impressed with the service received from the the Newcastle branch. Rachel was especially helpful.

  Terrible customer service. Multiple mistakes made by the client facing staff. Patronising attitudes with no attempts to help or resolve. The staff try to push you to call the call centre to deal with the errors they made. Use a car rental elsewhere if you have the choice.

  Staff were snobby and very rude to me!!! especially the old fat lady... and how rude when i hear the comments they were laughing about as other customers were leaving makes me wonder what they said about me...
