  The service was impeccable, reliable and most importantly to me, honest. Dave explained every aspect of the service to me and detailed where every cent was going without me even asking. I trust my car is in good hands at NAS and even if I leave Newcastle I'll be traveling back to see them for my servicing.

  Just recently I had my BMW repaired by this company and one word to describe the owners David and Dianne, the staff and workmanship is awesome. They are very honest, helpful, friendly and the labour cost is very reasonable without jeopardising the quality of the over all workmanship. I found this amazing mechanic thru google .

  I have never reviewed a place before but this mad me angry. This place had good reviews for some reason so we went for it. They told us one price for what we wanted done then when we came back to pay, it had increased to almost double. They tried to explain why but failed to mention we had to pay a ridiculous 200 AUD just for labour costs, why they didn't bother to mention that in the begin is beyond me. Maybe it's because we are young backpackers and thought they could get away with it. Would not recommend!

  I moved here from the country 2yrs ago and was recommended I see NAS for a due service. Having had a string of great mechanics at home I was nervous about seeing someone new but the rating online seemed good and they came recommended so I thought, here goes.

  I highly recommend this company to everyone and experience what I had. Owning a BMW car is not cheap but having them as my motor mechanic is my peace of mind. They also work within your budget. Knowing that my car is well looked after. A heartfelt thanks to the owner and staff for being so honest and kind.

  I've had my vehicle serviced twice here and both times have left satisfied. Dave is very open and honest with the cost of things and will always confirm with me first before proceeding with additional works outside the standard service.

  This review is long overdue. David and his team is really helpful and knowledgeable. They are very modest as well. They explained everything to me really nicely before proceeding with any repairs. They even explained me what is urgent and what can Wait. They tried to get most work done in my budget as well. Will definitely go back.
