  Lovely flowers but service is terrible. Ignored by staff, felt I was in the way and when there is 3 staff at front counter still can't be served. Then one yells out almost screaming the back dock for help. No smiles. Seems a great place but needs new staff.

  On our way to a funeral, dropped in to collect flowers pre ordered and paid 3 days prior. Only to find that the order was completely incorrect. Had to wait while the new arrangements were made. Only to get less then what we paid for. Feeling very disappointed. Extremely poor customer service and the feeling that I was at fault. I will not return nor recommend this florist.

  I have sent photos of my 10day old flowers that are still looking beautiful. Thank you its so nice to enjoy flowers they bring a smile to my face every time i see them and wow long life is truly wonderful xxxx

  I love going to Belfora for my flowers. Best gifts to give to family and friends. The flowers here are alway perfect. I would like to say all staff are lovely but there is a young lady named Lilly and she is so helpfilul and always has great ideas . I always ask for her when I go there or I ring and order. She gets it right every time. Thank you Lilly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
