  I've been to Spotlight twice in the last week and both times have found the staff to be incredibly rude. Buying fabric shouldn't be such an unpleasant experience. Both times the women spoke sharply, without smiles or a hello. The questions I asked politely (regarding whether a particular fabric came in a certain colour) were clearly frustrating and annoying for them. I walked out feeling pretty awful :( In addition to my unpleasant experience with the fabric ladies, the carpark took me ten minutes to get into and then fifteen to get out of. Will be ordering my fabric online from another place from now on.

  This store has a decent range of goods, Yet the staff need a good dose in customer service. Order online if you can, and avoid these power tripping feminists. Professionalism is in short supply here...
