  If they aren't answering a phonecall DURING a court case (which is usually a highly recommended feature for a solicitor), they're giving people the wrong documentation for the wrong case/client, they do not return anything you have sent them, nor do they actually say anything in court to your defense.

  If I could rate this company minus 1 star, I would. Not only are they the reasons my partner has lost her children, and is now suffering PTSD and chronic depression, they are highly unprofessional.

  Getting a will is something I had put off for ages. However these guys really made the process easy and painless. The entire experience was simple, transparent and pleasant - from the receptionists, to the lawyers through to the accounts people. This is a very professionally run law firm and I would recommend them to anybody in Newcastle needing a great, cost-effective legal service.
