  Staff were excellent and it's a nice hotel. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Overall we had a great time, but discovered late at night that when we filled up the spa in the room that the water was brown! Admittedly we didn't bring this up with the staff as it was late and we were tired, but I'd expect that staying in the more expensive suites in the hotel would mean that we could have expected to be able to use the spa without it turning the colour of a mud puddle :(

  Nice place actually. About $700 for three nights though... a bit expensive for the money concious traveller. The rooms are nice and I think there are four different pillows. I found one I liked. The pillow choice is awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful which is always great to see.

  I stayed there last night. We actually wanted 2 beds, but it was full and I ended up on the sofa bed. It was very comfortable but with the bedroom door closed, there wasn't a great deal of room to move around. Staff are fabulous and very helpful and efficient.I would stay there again, and recommend it to my friends.

  My rating would be a 4.8 stars. Stayed 13-15/8/17. Wonderful wonderful time. Staff were efficient, friendly, helpful and cheerful, beyond any hotel we have ever been in. Food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner. The chefs should be hated for what they present. Our room had a view of the lake and golf course and was fit for a king. 2 televisions with a separate bedroom/bathroom and living area with kitchen. What more can you ask for. Oh that's right??? The balcony. Great to have a beer or wine and watch the golfers hit their balls into the lake. Great fun, not for them though. Well done to the Management and staff for a wonderful stay.

  Crowne Plaza Newcastle is my first choice when visiting Williamtown for work. Free WiFi, great staff and great views of the harbour along with a location near plenty of eateries makes it easy to enjoy staying here. Hotel membership of a great gym a 2 minute walk away completes the package. Thanks for having me Crowne Plaza Newcastle!
