  Recently used this removal service, and while their removal was good the after sales service is disgraceful. A deposit of $100 was left for the boxes and promised a refund when they pick the boxes up. I informed them that the boxes were ready to pick up and they said they couldn't come and get them for anther week because they were too busy. They said they would ring and tell me what time they would collect the boxes the following week which they didn't do. I then had to chase them to find out the time, they then turned up an hour late with no refund as promised. Apparently they don't tell you their correct procedure until they arrive to get the boxes... which is they have to take the boxes back to the depot where they will be counted because the worker picking them up isn't allowed to count them. They will then mail out a cheque. So all up they were one week late, probably 3- 4 days till I receive their cheque in the mail and then another week till that cheque clears, but first I've got to find the time to run to the bank and deposit it. This is not what they originally told me on the phone, and when I complained I received a very rude phone call from their receptionist. Why not give us the $100 when you pick up the boxes as promised as I'm sure your worker can count to 30? I wouldn't use them again nor would I recommend them. A typical company that promises one thing and once they have your money they don't deliver what they promise.

  Extremely helpful, patient, understanding and even able to have a laugh and make the situation so not stressful. Ask we’re you want things not just dump. Very good service and even the customer service is above and beyond as well. I would seriously recommend these removalists to anyone. I know with them everything will be secure safe. I have tried other places and Carnal Removals are far more superior and there not Rude but Helpful.

  A great experience at an excellent price. We had our belongings moved from Brisbane to Canberra, and it all went smoothly. Friendly removalists who knew what they were doing, no scratches or breakages or lost items, and very special care taken of our very special keyboard. Would definitely use again.
