  Didn't bloody tell me they'd lock me out after x time. Being my age it was probably the scariest thing that has ever happened to me as it was the first time I've ever driven to Newie alone. Also reading the fine print, my confidence is not instilled in this parking area..

  Frequently come across issues using this car park. Then when you press the buzzer and speak to the call centre to tell them when you get stuck in their faulty exits or something they are so rude and unhelpful. Once I got stuck in there because all the computers were down and the pay stations were offline and they tried to blame it on my credit card. Then there's no staff at the actual site anymore to let you out, even during business hours.

  Booked online, it was cheaper. The guard didn't want the pin, he wanted the booking reference number. Parking needs to be booked in advance. Great location, ten mins walk from circular Quay.

  Because of the no staff the gate also lets in more cars than available spaces and you have to drive all the way to the top level to turn around because of all the other drivers trying to find spots that aren't there. You can be stuck in there for 30+ minutes then NOT get a park anyway. Ridiculous.

  Prebooking does not guarantee a spot. Expensive for everyday. Hassles if you need to change a booking. Frequently no early bird spots
