    Jayes is simply fabulous!! The staff are friendly, down to earth and their knowledge is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will always exclusively book through Jayes.

    Michelle's level of experience when it comes to travel is just exceptional! she is so passionate about helping you with your holiday, you just know its going to be amazing! Great service and price with our last trip.

    Would not recommend under any circumstances. This agency has changed or spoiled our travel plans on at least 3 occassions (more foolish us for persisting with them). On our last trip we arrived at a 5 star hotel in Singapore to find our booking had been cancelled because the agency's because their credit had been declined. Despite promises that they would 'make it right' we have not heard from them in the 3 months we have been back home. On other occassions they have changed our hotel bookings to another city (in Japan) at the last minute wgen we had plans to meet up with friends. Cannot recommend and would give 0 stars if possible. They do not follow up.
